How it Started...
In 2007 - 2008 The Bustard Family felt like God was calling them to Manitoba, It was a couple years after coming to Manitoba when Bishop Wayne took the role as Lead Pastor. Under Bishop Wayne's ministry God has been moving mightily at our Church. We have seen many water baptized, many people restored back to Jesus, and countless lives changed because of the power of the Gospel.
Expanding the vision..
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to expand our vision and change our church name. During the pandemic, we relaunched as "Believers Church".
Part of expanding the vision and relaunching was making the decision of what kind of church we wanted to be. In 2026 there are many styles of church and many different denominations. We thank God for every truth preaching church and ministry that leads people to Jesus but we decided we want to be modern day, spirit-filled church, hence the name - Believers.
Where we are headed...
Our desire for Believers Church is to see God touch every life that comes through our services and to see a multi-cultural, multi-generational church that believes in the power of the Holy Spirit raised up in this generation.
We want to be a church that is real and relevant, but also a church that believes in the power of the Gospel.
We invite you to take this journey with us as we see the Gospel of Jesus Christ reach and heal our Nation.
