Pastor Wayne grew up in New Brunswick where he attended and graduated from Northeast Christian College. In his 28 plus years of ministry he has served as youth pastor, assistant pastor, evangelist and senior pastor. His dynamic preaching style will challenge you to become great for God. His heartbeat is to see the glory of God revealed to this generation. He is passionate about seeing the Spirit-filled church go back to its book of ACTS roots. Pastor Wayne loves being a dad to his children and loves to raise up sons and daughters in the Gospel! In his role as Senior Pastor, he is responsible for the vision and spiritual direction of Believers Church as well as providing mentorship and spiritual covering to other pastors.

Our Lead Pastor

Dylan Chambers

Pastor Dylan was born and raised in Winnipeg and grew up a block away from Believers Church. in 2016, at the age of 21, he had a radical conversion that changed his life. In 2018 he entered into a ministry mentorship program with the senior pastor and in 2020 became an ordained minister of the gospel. Pastor Dylan is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Social Work program at Booth University College.

Pastor Dylan has a passion for reaching the lost. He is a dynamic speaker and is involved in various areas of ministry at Believers Church. He also preaches at various events, camp meetings, youth rallies, church revivals, etc. In his role as Lead Pastor, Pastor Dylan leads our ministry teams and the day-to-day operations of the church. He is also responsible for visitation, mentoring leaders and new converts, follow up, leading meetings,  and many other pastoral duties. 


  • Nedra Francis

    Worship Pastor

    Pastor Nedra was born and raised in Winnipeg. She lives to worship God and to lead others into His presence. She is a public school music teacher and she holds a B.A in music and education. She is incredibly talented and is dedicated to the ministry God has given her. She is passionate about leading Believers Church into dynamic, heartfelt worship.

    Associate Pastor

    Pastor Heather is originally from Nova Scotia. Heather serves as the pastor for Celebrate Recovery, a Christ centered support group for those dealing with hurts, habits and hang-ups. Pastor Heather loves Believers Church and loves people.

    Associate Pastor

    Pastor Ose is originally from Nigeria. He moved to the city of Winnipeg in 2010. During his move to Canada Pastor Ose felt a burden and calling to pray and intercede for the inner city of Winnipeg. He is passionate about the work of God and especially prayer. Pastor Ose oversees our intercessors and altar worker teams. His heart is for a modern-day revival in Winnipeg and beyond. 



  • Michael Blume

    Teaching Pastor

    Mike has pastored congregations in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Manitoba. He has also been involved in ministry work in California and Texas. He has an extensive on-line teaching ministry. Mike has also authored over 50 books that help the reader better understand the word of God. His dynamic preaching and teaching style along with his knowledge of the Bible will help you grow in your Christian walk.
