• Individuals or families walking through serious illness, end-of-life care, or hospice who would welcome a ministry visit, prayer or spiritual support

How to get help:

• Talk to a Pastor or Leader or Submit a confidential care Request form. A leader will follow up personally.

• If you (or your loved one) are in the hospital and would like a pastor to visit, please note that as well as your contact information clearly in your request so we can respond promptly.
